ORDER CONFIRMATION

When we receive your order, we immediately send an order confirmation by e-mail. Please check your order confirmation carefully. If you have questions, want to change something in the order, contact us as soon as possible. 

 

DELIVERIES

Our normal delivery times are 2-5 working days within Sweden. Please note, however, that in some cases it may take longer and we reserve the right for a delivery time of up to 10 days. We are not responsible for damage as a result of delivery times being exceeded, but you do have the right to cancel your purchase if the delivery time is extended.

 

UNRELEASED GOODS

For shipments that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge costs for return shipping, administration and invoice fees.

 

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Tea is classified as food and is therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal accordingly to Swedish regulations. For more information, visit www.konsumentverket.se.

COMPLAINT
Our handling methods guarantee the highest possible quality of the goods. If, after all, something should turn out to be wrong, Eiri Tea AB follows the Consumer Purchase Act and the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for complaints. TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If you discover that the shipment is damaged when you pick it up at your post office or upon delivery of the package, you must report it directly to the respective forwarder. If you discover damage later, you can contact us at info@eiri-tea.com. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is not damaged or lost when you return it to us.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal/contact details. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by e-mail.
